hi i'm may! here's some stuff about me. big shoutout to my friends fish and io who got me into coding and helped me figure it out!!! i'm still pretty new to coding so having them help me out with that was soso amazing. this website literally wouldn't exist without them so go check both of their websites out!

in my freetime i love to dance (ballet and jazz), play games, play guitar, listen to music, and watch tv. i've got anxiety and depression that i might mention every once and a while and i like pretty girls and occasionally pretty boys.

i love dance sososos much!! i've been dancing ballet and jazz for almost 12 years now. recently ive gotten a lot more into ballet which is really fun cause i love it a lot. a lot about the whole dance system really sucks, but my studio that i've been at my whole life is fortunately really good with that stuff. the art of ballet is just so gorgeous though and i'm so glad that as a dancer i have the ability to appreciate its difficulty and the work that goes into making it as mesmerizing as it is ❤

i'm also a HUGE fan of music. i play piano (lessons) and guitar (self-taught) and i love to sing even though i'm not that good at it.... so basically since i was little, music has been a super important part of my life. i got my first guitar (acoustic) for christmas in 2021 which is actually kind of crazy! i got my electric guitar a while later, which is a gorgeous black squier stratocaster that i love soso much. i don't actually know what drew me so much to guitar in the first place, but the instrument holds a really special place in my heart as something that i actually chose by myself to pursue. i'm not really amazing at it but i love it sososo much!!!!!

i like collecting things! my only Actual collections are keys and music boxes, but i think both r super interesting. music boxes are cool cause they actually play music, and keys are super interesting cause they might actually lead somewhere! i do have a couple of unofficial collections though of stuff like polaroids, general photos, candles, and cool lookin rocks.

i LOVE playing games, watching shows, and just generally enjoying media. i kinda do a thing where i get super super obsessed with things for like an amount of time and then when i come across something else i IMMEDIATELY switch gears and just forget about the first thing way too quickly. i really really hate that everything i like is kind of a ticking time bomb, but sometimes i do come back to old interests which is kinda fun! for example in summer 2023 i played the mobile game merge dragons every single day for about 4 months straight and then missed my streak for one day and never opened the game again because i was literally embarassed. but anyways yeah! check the current obsession page to see what my fav media is rn 😊
